When a 96% is the wrong sale
High-efficiency needs a vent path and a condensate drain that will not freeze in a crawl. A 96% stuffed into a chimney that cannot take it is how you buy a callback. We will sell an 80% when that is the honest vent.
The exchanger is the part that matters
